If your business is exporting or importing goods into the Canada, whether you are a Resident or a Non-Resident Importer (NRI), you should be aware that at some point, you are likely to be selected for an audit process by Canada Border Services Agency. Pacific Customs Brokers is offering a seminar on evaluating your understanding of compliance with Customs regulations. This seminar will focus on the differences between voluntary and enforced compliance, the term  “reason to believe”, the potential cost risks of non-compliance, and best practices.  This session will be of interest to all Importers, Non-Resident or Resident Business Owners, Controllers, Operational and Compliance Managers, Purchasing Managers and Logistics Managers. Seminar Fee: The cost of the Canada Customs Audit seminar is $95 CAD plus tax. The cost to attend a combined U.S. & Canada Customs Audit session is $145 CAD plus tax per attendee (breakfast and lunch are included). Lunch is served at 12pm.
