The documents provided on our website are intended for the general public. This means that no login or password is required. This type of access does limit you to simply completing the form and submitting it to Pacific Customs Brokers. No saving and retrieval abilities apply. As a Public User you can complete the form in its entirety online, once completed click the SUBMIT button and they will be automatically sent to Pacific Customs Brokers for processing.

Anyone can use our Forms!

Anyone can utilize the many advantages that Pacific forms offer. There are many standard business forms, for example, purchase orders, invoices, and product sheets within the Form Library. Companies may request private internal forms, which are created only for them. This customized version of Pacific form technology may contain in-house forms and documents specific to that company. Functions of the forms can also be modified to suit that company's needs.

Formlink is an innovative on-line forms management system. Various forms have been duplicated from the original hardcopy to a web-based interactive format, allowing for completion and submission. The following Formlink functions only apply to Registered Users. The many functions that this system offers are as follows:

  • Complete and submit forms in real time
  • With one click of a button, the form is routed directly to the required destination or person(s)
  • A hard copy can be printed and is automatically archived (for registered users)
  • The completed form is saved within the system for later reference, modifications or to use as a template for future form usage.
  • All information from a form is archived, allowing the user to generate reports and statistics.

** IMPORTANT NOTICE ** LATEST ADOBE READER CREATES PROBLEMS WITH FORMLINK FORMS

To Valued Clients:

The latest version of Adobe Reader (version 9.3X or higher) creates some compatibility issues with Formlink. Existing users of Formlink must NOT update to the latest versions of Adobe Reader. We recommend that users stay on version 8.x. We are working on possible workarounds for compatibility with these latest patches however we have no ETA at this time.
