The documents provided on our website are intended for the general public. This means that no login or password is required. This type of access does limit you to simply completing the form and submitting it to Pacific Customs Brokers. No saving and retrieval abilities apply.

As a public user, you can complete the form in its entirety online; once completed click the SUBMIT button and the forms will be automatically sent to Pacific Customs Brokers for processing.

Formlink is an innovative online forms management system. Various forms have been duplicated from the original hardcopy to a web-based interactive format, allowing for completion and submission.   • With one click of a button, the form is routed directly to the required destination or person(s).
  • A hard copy can be printed and is automatically archived (for registered users).
  • The completed form is saved within the system for later reference, modifications or to use as a template for future form usage.

To Valued Clients:

The latest version of Adobe Reader (version 9.3X or higher) creates some compatibility issues with Formlink. Existing users of Formlink must NOT update to the latest versions of Adobe Reader. We recommend that users stay on version 8.x. We are working on possible workarounds for compatibility with these latest patches however we have no ETA at this time.
