Olympic Family Customs Brokerage Fee Schedule

Note: Customs brokerage and additional fees shall remain in effect for the duration of the agreement and shall be in Canadian Dollars. Any taxes are to be shown separately.

Temporary Importations

  • ATA Carnet or TW Carnet processing fee: $75.00 to present
  • E29B Temporary Admission Permit processing fee: $250.00 minimum
  • Temporary importations accounted for on a B3 (including 1/60th entries) are to be based on the above Brokerage Fee Schedule

Additional Fees

  • Release request fee: No Charge
  • Tariff classification: $5.00
    • Number of free product lines: 5
    • Each additional product line: $5.00
  • CFIA/OGD release request fee: $15.00
  • Preparation of Canada Customs Invoice (CCI): $20.00
  • Obtaining a valid NAFTA Certificate of Origin (as requested): $25.00 first communication. $25.00 second communication, thereafter, the onus will then revert to the importer to obtain the NAFTA Certificate of Origin.
  • Import permit application fee (excluding DFAIT charges): $25.00 plus cost
  • Preparation of Vehicle Import Form 1: $25.00
  • Preparation of E15 Certificate of Destruction/Exportation: $25.00
  • Entered to Arrive (ETA)/Value Included (VI) processing fee: $25.00
  • B2 Adjustment Request processing fee: Min $35.00 Max $75.00
  • Duty Drawback processing fee: $250.00 plus, depending on the complexity of the drawback
  • Advance Ruling processing fee: $50.00
  • Customs consulting services: $100.00 / hour

Exception: If an employee were required for clearance assistance other than our 24/7 office: $100 fee
