As the designated service provider to the Vancouver Organizing Committee (VANOC) Pacific Overseas Forwarding and Pacific Customs Brokers have accredited Freight Logistics Coordinators at the VANOC logistics service desks at the following Olympic Venues:
- Vancouver Olympic Village
- International Broadcast Centre
- Main Press Centre
- Whistler Olympic Village
- Whistler Media Centre
Freight Concierge Services were created specifically for Games time, to assist the Olympic Family (National Olympic Committees, National Paralympic Committees, Rights Holding Broadcasters, Official Sponsors, International Sport Federations, Accredited Media), vendors, customs brokers and other freight forwarders.
Freight Concierge Services include:
- Urgent/Overnight Services
- Freight Handling
- Storage
- On-site labour
- Local Transportation
- Overseas Freight Forwarding
- Customs Brokerage
- Documentation Centre
Freight Concierge Services will be made available to you and in support of your clients 24 hours, 7 days per week for the duration of the lockdown period for the Games. These customized Games related services were also created to handle urgent and unanticipated shipments into secured Olympic Venues.
