Seminar: U.S. Food and Drug Administration

Don’t Risk Your FDA Goods Being Held Up at the Border

Pacific Customs Brokers is offering a session related to goods regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). By attending this seminar, you will gain a better understanding of how the FDA and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) interact. The knowledge you will acquire will expedite your shipments rather than trigger costly delays. This session will be of interest to commercial/professional importers, business owners, operation managers, carriers, controllers, purchasers, warehouse managers, freight coordinators, shippers and receivers. This is a great opportunity for businesses with newly hired logistics staff to receive cost-effective training and/or refresh their awareness of cross-border trade. If you are importing regulated goods on both sides of the border, we offer a full day seminar covering both FDA and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

FDA Regulated Goods & Related Industries:

Seafood, produce, grocery, meat, veterinary medication and devices, livestock feed and pet food, cosmetics, vitamins, medical devices, drugs for humans, and radiation emitting devices.
