Who is this affecting? Every shipment entering Canada regardless of the customs broker.

What does this mean? Please be aware that CBSA has a delay in sending outbound messages of acceptance for drivers crossing. CBSA is working to resolve their issues, but have not provided us with a time frame yet.

When will my shipment be cleared for entry? It is unknown when CBSA systems are expected to resume operation; however, we are working on your behalf to obtain this information from CBSA.

What do I need to do? Please ensure we have received your shipment documentation by entering your Cargo, BACF or PARS number into the PARS Lookup above to learn the most up-to-date status. To receive a text message the moment your shipment is accepted for entry, enter a desired phone number or email address in the Receive Notifications at: field. If you require assistance enabling this feature, please note we are available 24/7 to help you.
