What does this mean? Please be aware that CFIA cannot release shipments for entry into Canada electronically at this time. Pacific Customs Brokers can receive your shipment release request, but at this time will have to present CBSA with paper packages at drivers time of arrival.
When will my shipment be cleared for entry? It is unknown when the CFIA systems are estimated to resume operating however, we are working on your behalf to obtain this information from CFIA.
What do I need to do? Please ensure we have received your shipment documentation by inputting your Cargo, BACF or PARS number into our PARS Lookup to learn the most up-to-date status. To receive a text message the moment your shipment is accepted for entry, enter a desired phone number or email address in the Receive Notifications at: field.
