Online purchased parcels stuck at the border? We can help!

With the US/Canada land border closure over the past year, many online shoppers have been struggling to find ways to ship their US-delivered goods to Canada easily. If your parcel is stuck at the border, let us do the heavy lifting to finish the last leg of your parcel's journey.

FAQ

I’m looking to purchase something in the US that is not sold in Canada. The seller does not ship to Canada. What are my options?

Lucky for you, PCB has a Small Parcel Service. You can have your goods that cannot be shipped directly to Canada shipped to a designated warehouse in Blaine, WA that we have been working with for many years. When the shipment arrives in Blaine, we are notified as to how many packages have arrived and we submit your release request (aka. customs entry) to Customs. As long as the entry is approved by Customs before the cut-off time, you will get your goods delivered the next day.

Do you only offer this service at the Pacific Highway port or is it available across Canada?

We offer this service at Pacific Highway and can assist in finding you a similar solution across Canada.

I have already shipped my goods to a PO Box. Can you still help me ship and import it to Canada?

Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve shipments already sent to a PO box as these are controlled by the United States Postal Service. However, if it has gone to a warehouse other than Propack or International Parcel Service (IPS), we can usually, for an additional charge, get one of the warehouses we work with to pick up the goods and bring them to Propack or IPS for shipping into Canada.

Is there a limit to how big or small a parcel I’m wanting to bring to Canada through this service?

No, there is no minimum or maximum weight or size the parcels need to be.

How much can I expect to pay for this service (On top of what I already paid to purchase the goods and have them shipped to Blaine)?

Prices are based on the weight of the shipment and the number of boxes. To give you an idea of costs, for one package weighing 20 lbs, the charge would be approximately $85.00 Canadian dollars. This does not include duties and taxes.

How can I get set up for this service?

Fill out this form to reach our Clients Services Team. They will provide you with the documents required to set up an import account.
