You will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager at our Head Office in South Surrey. We are looking for a savvy marketer who thinks strategically, understands how to reach all client segments, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to implement programs. Does that sound like you?

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Contribute ideas to initial planning (channels, audiences, calls to action), and handle the administrative setup of campaigns, ensuring all tracking is correctly implemented.
- Material Coordination & Design: Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, signage) and create simple graphic assets for digital channels (with support from the Graphic Designer).
- Email Marketing: Support the creation, segmentation, and deployment of various email campaigns (newsletters, promotions) using CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Project Management & Organization: Manage project timelines, prioritize team tasks, identify resource conflicts, and maintain organized digital libraries of all final, approved campaign assets and copy.
- Data & Reporting: Aggregate and summarize core daily/weekly metrics (website traffic, engagement, success rates) for deeper analysis, and manage the integrity of new lead imports into the CRM system.
- Support & Research: Provide hands-on support for events (registration, material ordering) and conduct market research on current trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Feedback: Assist in collecting and compiling customer feedback and testimonials.
Key Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in service marketing, in a coordination role.
- Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design software is a strong asset.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Management platforms.
- Familiarity with Email Marketing/CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEO principles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
We're located at the US/Canada border crossing (176th Street and 1st Avenue) in South Surrey/White Rock. There's no public transportation to our office so you must have a vehicle to get here.
